WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PURCHASE?
Once you purchase your session, you’ll get an email from me with simple instructions on what to send before our call. I’ll ask for a few clear photos of your space, a link to your Pinterest board (or easy guidance if you don’t have one), and a few quick details to help me prepare. Everything is submitted in one email — no forms, no fuss.
You’ll also receive a link to book your call on our calendar at your convenience.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A SESSION?
Each Style Session is a 60-minute 1:1 Video call via Google Meet with Baiyina — focused, efficient, and tailored to your space. You can bring any design question, but we recommend choosing the room that’s giving you the most stress.
We might:

IS A STYLE SESSION RIGHT FOR ME?

WHAT IF MY FLOOR PLAN IS THE PROBLEM?
If we determine that your floor plan is the real challenge, don’t worry — you’re in good hands. I’ll help you figure out the best layout live on the call, and I may even draft your space right then and there if needed.
In fact, figuring out tricky layouts is one of my favorite things to do. I’ve never met a room I couldn’t beat.
WHAT IF I HAVE TO RESCHEDULE?
You can reschedule one time with at least 48 hours’ notice. All sessions must be completed within 30 days of purchase. Same-day cancellations are not permitted and are non-refundable.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Due to the nature of this service, no refunds are offered. All calls must be scheduled and used within 30 days of purchase. That said — I’ve helped hundreds of clients with 99% satisfaction and always aim to overdeliver.
